ATTENTION:  ALL FUSION MEMBERS            

Effective July 1^st there will be a federally regulated 10% tax on all indoor tanning services with the exception of the sunless spray tan and Hydration Station services. 

ALL REWARD MEMBERS:

To off-set this additional tax, every month we will automatically give all EFT members that same 10% in taxes paid, back in bonus bucks good towards upgrades, Mystic, Hydration Station visits, and for level 5 members, medium and dark Mystic upgrades. 

LEVEL 4 AND 5 MEMBERS:

In an effort to minimize the cost of this additional tax, as of July 20^th we will be changing the EZ Pay Program on level 4 and level 5 bundled service memberships to reflect the following:

·        Level 4 & 5 members:

Will now have two monthly drafts – one for UV tanning and one for UV-FREE services (Mystic and Hydration Station).  You will only pay the additional 10% tax on the UV Tanning portion, saving you up to $8.67 per month in taxes.

ALL UV TANNING SERVICES WILL STILL DRAFT ON THE 20^TH OF EACH MONTH.

ALL UV-FREE MYSTIC & HYDRATION STATION SERVICES WILL DRAFT ON THE 21^ST OF EACH MONTH.
